Water Rudder Installation

Here is a picture of how I plan on operating my water rudder, if you click on the picture you will find a bigger picture with more detail. I have installed a small winch and rigged the water rudder to work off of that.

The mini winch is from CMACMA Technologies. Part number is MG570 cost was $50.90 shipping included. It will go in or out by changing polarity. I use two small water proof switches to light up two LED's on the panel to indicate water rudder up or down. I use the N.C. position of the switches to stop the travel in the full up or down position. I made a circuit board that has two relays that will latch up when you hit the up or down button and will stay maintained until the switch contacts open. There is also an over ride in case a position switch goes bad.
