New Throttles Quadrants

We use the existing rod of Zenith Factory so that both sides work in unison. The connections from this rod to the carburetors (Rotax) is the same as original. The only modification is the quadrant and the connection to this rod.

As you can see, we used a screwed rod of Ø 6 mm covered with an aluminium tube (Ø 6x10 mm) to avoid the bending of the screwed rod with efforts. We fixed the screwed rod to the Zenith Rod with Bearing rods.

We get some benefits:

Now we have 85 mm of movement on hand to regulate the r.p.m. of Rotax, so, the adjustments are more sensitive.
After, we have a steel wire fixed with a screw, very delicate for us; now, the attachment is stronger.
The steel wire could brake with bending after time.
The position of hand/arm more comfortable during flight and during landings.

Now, we only have to finish some details (cover the firewall cutted with silicon, etc).
