Fuel Tank Relief Beads

Here are 3 pictures of a set of form blocks to form the stress relief bead
on the 601 and 701 wing tanks, as shown in the plans.
These were made by B.J. Schwaller please give him credit. I used them on
my wing tanks and they work great....
fairly simple to make, slip over the end of the alum sheet, and press in
a bench vice. The alignment pins need to be spaced at the distance you
want the bead from the edge of the alum sheet..
