Mad Max Muses…

Ok rocketeers. Listen up for a another hint to make yer miserable little homebuilding lives a little more bearable. You got yer fuselage done and you gotta work inside the darn thing. Yer back is stiff and old like mine and you don’t like bendin over. Here’s somethin that even the el cheapo’s amongst you can afford and maybe even build. Wander on down to Home Depot’s aviation aisle and buy yerself two furniture movin dollies. Find some scrap wood somewhere and round up a coupla strap hinges. Custom fit the wood for your fuselage and attach the firewall to the front dollie through the future engine mount holes. It’s gonna have an engine, right? Put some carpet on the back dollie to avoid scrathin yer pretty skins. Now yer got a moveable project, and a way to put it in steep turn mode. Good way to practise that tippy feelin yer get when the bird finally flies too. Put yer wife/girlfriend/boss in there to get them used to the feelin. Monica likes it.
