Here’s how yer do it fer yerself.
Round up two hardwood blocks.
Yer can steal the blocks outa yer kids toy box.
The blocks get clamped and sawn at about a 6.18 degree angle on two opposing sides.
Use a drill press to bore a hole
straight down between the two clamped blocks.
Stick a hinge on the one side and a bolt, rod, axle etc in the hole.
Now go liberate some soft to medium aluminium from Neighbors hanger.
Stick a piece between the two blocks
and wail on it with your favourite aircraft tool. Or use a brick. Or a rock. Or
a hammer. Or use yer head! When yer done you got
a new adornment for you best lady.
Or, you can use them on your aircraft for a cable exit fairing.
Yer decision.
